1. Parties
1.1 SGP Exchange ("SGP") is a comprehensive digital currency trading platform based in Singapore. Designed to offer professional, secure and convenient digital currency trading services to users all over the world, SGP is currently launching an international site. For the convenience of understanding this Agreement, SGP is called "Platform" and the company and this platform collectively use the title of "Company" or other first party in this Agreement 1.2 The persons or corporations who login this platform are considered as users of this platform, hereinafter referred to as "you". 1.3 The platform and You are collectively referred to as "The Parties" in this Agreement, and the platform or you is separately called "a party".
2. The purpose of privacy policy
As per the privacy policy, we can only collect your information if you login to the platform, register with the platform, and / or use the services we provide. And the privacy policy regulates how we should use and protect the information we collect.
3. Your Content

4.3 When you use this platform or the services it provides, in order to enhance the security of this platform and your experience of using it and the services it provides, or according to the court or applicable laws and regulations and any other government agency with jurisdiction, we may collect other necessary information through our proprietary e-mail or other methods that we believe to be in compliance with relevant requirements.
4.4 You should agree to and comply with the separate and independent privacy policy of the third party network if you visit any other third party platform or partner party that is linked to this platform. We are not responsible for the content and activities of these platforms or partners.
5. Cookie
5.1 When you visit our platform, we use GoogleStats via cookies to record our performance and to verify the effectiveness of online advertising. 6.1.8 Meet the other objectives set forth in this Platform User Agreement and all legal ways to satisfy those objectives.
6.2 We will not sell, trade or otherwise transfer information to other parties. But does not include trusted third parties who help us operate our platform, conduct business, or provide services to you provided those parties agree to keep this information private. We will disclose information when we believe it is appropriate, in compliance with laws, rules and regulations, or when we receive orders from the court or the competent authority and we need to enforce our platform strategies, to operate our platform properly or to protect the rights, security and property of us or others. However, your information may not be provided to others for marketing, advertising, or other purposes.
7. Personal Data Protection
