Enter the e-mail address and password to be registered. Password must be at least six characters
combined at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and at least one number.

A registration confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
If you do not receive the mail, you can
resend by clicking Resend.
Retransmission is possible from 30
minutes after the first transmission.
Click the URL link listed in the e-mail.
【Confirming a registered email address】
After clicking, a setting screen will be displayed. The account level will become Level 1, and
you can start to deposit and trade at this level.
In order to use all the functions, it is necessary to be authorized by submitting your telephone
number and ID from the setting screen. Please refer the following manual for various settings.

2-Step Authenticator Setting
After setting 2-Step Authenticator, you can use the withdrawal function. This is also an
important function to protect your account in security reasons. Please be sure to set it.
In order to perform 2-Step Authenticator you need to install Google Authenticator.

If you do not have 2-step Authenticator, please installation from the above URL in advance.
2-Step Authenticator code will be required every time when you login your account.
Reset code
Launch the application and read the displayed
barcode code with the camera.
After setting the 2-Step Authenticator, input
6-
digit code displayed in the application into a text
box at the lower side screen and click [Setting].
If the setting is not successful with the camera,
enter the code in the red box manually. This code
is required when changing mobile models. Please
keep it in a safe place.

It is a way to set up mobile phone number authentication by SMS.
Please prepare a number and a tablet compatible to SMS.
Enter your telephone number excluding the first 0 and click【Send Code】.
Find an authentication code written in the received SMS.
Enter the authentication code in 【Code】and click 【Submit】.
Telephone number authentication is completed.
If you do not receive the code in SMS, you might have a mistake in the telephone number
you entered. Or condition of Internet reception and/or WiFi environment may be affecting
SMS reception to be blocked. If you do not receive the code, please change the Internet
environment, and try it again after at least one hour from the latest operation.
KYC Authentication
KYC (identification) authentication setting method. Applicable documents for
identification must be the following items. In the case of using a passport, an additional
document that can confirm your current residential address will be necessary.
Submitting a passport copy + a document to proof residential address:
A passport copy must be a full page of which your photo clearly shows. Acceptable
documents to proof your current residential address are, government issued resident
document, utility bill or receipt stating the address, insurance card (hand written
address is not acceptable), or driver's license (front and back). Total two documents.
Submitting documents other than passport:
One certified document with face photo and a document to proof your current
residential address. Total two documents.
All documents must be within a validity period, and proof of address documents must be
within 3 months from the date of issue.
The above information (Fist Name, Last Name, and Address) must be the same
information with the ID to be submitted. Please note that authentication will not be
completed if it is not correct information.

Take a photo of you and the certificate item submitted in "Certificate Image 1". Hold the
item near your face and take a picture. Then upload the data. Then upload the data.
Supplementary Document
If the address stated in 1 certificate is different from the current address, you can proof
current address by uploading the corresponding document that can confirm the current
address, such as a receipt of utility bills in which the current address is listed as
supplementary document. Also, you may upload a back side of your driver's license.
Authentication will be done in 2-3 days after completing submission. Please note that the
withdrawal function is limited until KYC authentication is completed.
Maximum size of uploading image is 2 MB. Images exceeding capacity will result in an
error.
Mail Notification Setting
When you log in your account, you can set a payment confirmation message to receive or
not to receive.
When an unauthorized login occurs, it can be detected at an early stage. If you do not need
this function, please turn it off.
How to Deposit
The deposit method depends on the currency you intend to deposit. Please note the
following points.
For currencies that request a code in the memo field for deposit, please be sure to specify
the code and make transaction. In case of omission of code, payment will not be
reflected. If you forget to enter the code and made a transaction, much time will be
required for identity verification and remittance confirmation. Also, please note that you
may loose all amount in the transaction if these certificates can not be confirmed.
How to deposit TRIAM related currency (RIA, GBT, ETH)
Select Deposits from Funds in menu tub and click.
Select the currency you want to deposit.

Deposits Address will be the transaction destination address.
To deposit TRIAM related currency, you need to enter the specified numbers in
"Memo Tag" before sending the amount from the wallet.

How to deposit Ripple
Select XRP from the Deposits screen. Check the Deposits Address. As in TRIAM, you need
to enter Memo Tag numbers in the Memo Tag field.
Please be sure to enter Memo Tag!
How to deposit ETH
As to ETH, the transaction fee (GAS FEE) varies depending on the timing to deposit. This
is the mechanism of ETH.
The transaction fee also varies depending on the device and the
crypto currency exchange, and the amount of the receipt may be the amount that the
transaction fee was deducted.
Please check the specifications of wallet that you make
transactions.
If you made a transfer without entering Memo Tag, please reapply the transaction by following
contents.

If there is no mistake in transaction process, the TRIAM token and XRP will be reflected
in the account within about 1 minute. ETH transaction speed in vary depend on the
condition.

Enter the Transaction ID when you make a transaction. Confirmation
method of Transaction ID and your contact entity will differ depending on currency.

In the Search field, enter the wallet address you transferred. All transaction records of the
wallet will be displayed. Please find a corresponding transaction record.
Copy ID displayed above transaction record. This is the Transaction ID.
How to check Transaction ID of ETH and XRP
If a transaction wallet was done from an exchange, it may list TXID or TXHASH in
the transaction history of the exchange. Even the transaction was made from hard wallet
etc.. You may find a Transaction ID on displayed XRP/ETH Explorer by clicking
transaction history.
If you cannot find Transaction ID, please contact the exchange or the service provider.
How to use WITHDRAWS
Although
all
currencies
are
withdrawable,
there
are
restrictions
on
the WITHDRAWS function depending on the account you use. The WITHDRAWS
function is not available for Level 1 accounts.
Please note that when you proceed WITHDRAWS, you need a receivable address priorly.
Also, likewise the receiving money transaction, if the receiving address side requests to
input in Memo Tag (Tag), it is necessary to enter WITHDRAWS destination address and
Memo Tag.
Please check if you need to input a code in Memo Tag at the receiving
address side.
Memo Tag is not necessary for
TRIAM

Enter a receiving address. Please be sure to check both receiving address and
sending address of the wallet because those are different depending on a kind of wallet.
Enter 6-digit from 2-Step Authenticator in the Google Authenticator field, and click Add to
complete the registration.
In case of
an unidentifiable transaction occurred due to input mistake, you can not do any
coin recovery or compensation (not limited to) after the transaction. When you proceed
WITHDRAWS function, be sure to confirm the remittance destination address by your own
responsibility.
Importance

Send only RIA
(if address is for RIA)
to
the
deposit address. Sending any
other coin or token to this address may result in the loss of your deposit. Coins will be
deposited immediately after 30 network confirmations. After making a deposit, you can
track its progress on the history page.

【Confirming a
Withdrawal
When you apply the Withdrawal, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Please click the URL described in the email within 30 minutes after submitted the request of the
Withdrawal. If you do not click the URL within the time limit, your application will be invalid and the
Withdrawal request will be automatically canceled.

If you buy and sell the rates and quantity
displayed here, you can say that the
contracting probability is high. Because
the price fluctuates in real time, your
desired price and the quantity do not
necessarily agree. After the transaction is
established (contract), the token is
automatically reflected in the account.
The transactions before the contract is executed are displayed in History. If you want to
cancel the order, click X on the Cancel column. If you want to cancel all orders, click the Clear
All button. Order cancellation is only for orders before order is executed. Cancellation after
contract can not be canceled.
Even an order is displayed in History, there are cases where only a part of the order
quantity has contracted. If part of the contract has been made, the number of trades
entered are displayed in the Number Match field. In this case, you can cancel the
order only for uncontracted amount.
