EXCHANGE-SGP have begun undertaking steps to improve existing data protection and compliance measures for our global operations. This will make the following changes in our KYC review:
ⅰ ) You accept only Latin alphabet for input to KYC. If another character has already been entered, enter it again in Latin alphabet.
ⅱ ) A Details of their ID (passport or driving license) valid in their country; Please enter the following information yourself.
ID Number: Passport or driving license Number
Date of Birth: Your Date of Birth
Issuance Date: Passport or driving license Issuance Date
Expiration Date: Passport or driving license Expiration Date
* For customers with Account Level 3
With this KYC enhancement, the account level has been changed from 3 to 2. In order to become Level 3, you have to enter in Latin alphabet, fill in all the blanks and apply again.
